How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to start a return.

What can be returned?
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. If you received an item with a quality defect or something isn’t as described, that counts under our quality guarantee — we’ll absolutely take care of it.

Return shipping: who pays?
Returns are free. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label — no cost to you, and no restocking fees ever.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return package reaches our facility, we inspect the item within 1–2 business days. After approval, your refund is processed immediately. The money goes back to your original payment method, but please allow 7–10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
